my measurements are secret, only me and me mama know it (its really just too far to go get the book when im writing this, so ill put it later)

Stuff you need

  • one gun
  • FRESH Grind Dhal
  • Regular Grind Dhal
  • Baking Powder
  • Pepper Sauce
  • Wiri Wiri
  • Salt
  • Tumeric
  • Garlic power

What to do

Mix then fry :)

i only making joke

  1. Mix all the dry stuff together: Grind Dhal, Baking Powder, Salt, Tumeric, Garlic Powder. use one big bowl for this

  2. Mix all the wet stuff together: Fresh Grind Dhal, Pepper Sauce, Wiri Wiri. any size bowl gona work

    • For the wiri wiri, blend all the pepper how ever many you put with a little water then pour that into the wet mix.
  3. Pour the wet mix into the dry mix, make a well like how you do for dhal and rice, and pour the wet mix like youre pouring dhal on the rice.

  4. when you mix dont add any water yet, mix it until its like a sandy texture, if it feels like all the liquid mixed in let it sit a couple minutes and the dry flour will start to hydrate, thing get more water than you think.

  5. once its at a sandyish texture, then slowly start adding water and grind dhal if needed to it and mix it until you get a like playdough/wet mud texture. Taste it here to make sure you like it, i mix it slightly saltier cause i find when it cook it turns out good

  6. Form it into logs that will fit in the gun.

    • You want the mixture to be a consistency where it will pass through the gun easy, but not so dense that you struggle to pull the trigger.
